Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, expansions, and high retention rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Accurately update CRM records (Salesforce) with client interactions and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B Outside Sales or Account Management within the technology sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
