Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting and research.
- Presentation & Pitching: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate and close new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM platform.
- Client Retention: Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and drive.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Nashville, Tennessee.
