Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for attitude and coachability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally within the San Jose area for client meetings.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
