- Maintain high visual standards for product displays and store cleanliness.
- Build a loyal client base through exceptional follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve weekly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or customer service with a hunger for success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
