Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all administrative paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
