Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries during the night shift hours.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to secure new business.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM software to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting targets.
