Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend products that match their lifestyle.
- Execute sales strategies and participate in promotional events to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) while adhering to company policies.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
