Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to C-level executives
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Participate in continuous sales training and process refinement
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certifications
