Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a high conversion rate into sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track progress and update client data.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (specific hours to be discussed).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive for financial success.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the Dallas, TX area.
