Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the El Paso and North Carolina territories.
- Conduct professional product presentations and consultations to determine client needs.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales skills.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be willing to travel locally within the El Paso, TX and North Carolina territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
