Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound inquiries to determine client needs and budget.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals within set targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Update accurate records in the CRM system to track pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
