Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to meet their specific needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal and closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing accounts to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report on weekly/monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B Outside Sales experience in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a hunter mentality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client travel.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
