Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM, tracking interactions and closing deals
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and tailored proposals
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow-up strategies
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Participate in team training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
- Authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements
