Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to qualified leads to generate interest in our products/services.
- Identify and assess the needs of prospective clients to match them with the best solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and overcome objections to secure sales appointments.
- Accurately log all interactions and client data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize earnings.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the brand.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone voice.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus.
