Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess client needs and determine their fit for our services, moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demos to showcase value propositions.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, track progress, and manage customer data in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine campaigns based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger for success and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
