Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential customers in real-time.
- Qualify inbound leads and move them efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging based on weekend performance metrics.
- Close deals and process orders within the CRM system with precision.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C inside sales.
- Proven ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
