Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
