The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with potential clients and driving revenue growth. You will manage your own territory, develop relationships, and close deals. We are looking for self-starters who are ready to challenge themselves and achieve extraordinary results.
Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume of outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients to identify their specific needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Track daily activities and sales metrics in the CRM system to optimize performance.
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to refine skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Coachability and a willingness to learn new sales techniques and product knowledge quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for virtual outreach.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as business requires.
