Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach in the San Diego area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating our premium products and services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent closing activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and optimize sales strategies.
- Handle client objections professionally and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven "hunter" mentality and a drive for success.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
