- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual presentations and consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 PM MST)
- Strong self-motivation with entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in B2B sales cycles and value-based selling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US work authorization required
