Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business leads.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate contracts and close sales within your territory.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to align on campaign strategies and customer success.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Attitude: High energy, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
- Experience: 1+ years of outside sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong drive are considered.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
