Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Present tailored product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting in Salesforce CRM
- Close 15-20 new enterprise accounts monthly with average deal size $15K+
- Participate in ongoing product training and competitive analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and value proposition development
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer needs and market trends
