Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account renewal.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline data accurately in the company CRM.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, retail management, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a competitive nature.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
