Responsibilities

- Actively identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic MS Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if required for store visits)
