Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and digital prospecting.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients to identify needs and close deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage ongoing relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Track all sales activities and metrics within our CRM system accurately.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay sharp and informed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated, competitive drive, and a hunger for success and high income.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
