Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients throughout Charlotte and Virginia
- Execute face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations in assigned territories
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with verifiable quota achievement
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within assigned regions
- Proven track record of building long-term client partnerships
