Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture a qualified sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Consultative selling approach to understand client needs and recommend best-fit products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new products and industry-specific knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
