Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium and professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that best fit their needs through active listening and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
