Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and engage high-value prospects
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations in designated Houston metro areas
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track pipeline and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and continuous skills development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience or equivalent customer-facing role
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with executive presence
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
