Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the San Antonio area.
- Present products and services in a compelling manner to meet sales targets and quotas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance (Base + Bonus model).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the local area for client meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
