Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads within the Nashville, TN and North Carolina territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to present solutions.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM system.
- Travel to client sites and attend local networking events and trade shows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail management.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
