Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-based sales strategy to drive new revenue growth.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting and cold outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and collateral.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales or tech sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for field travel).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed monthly and annual goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Willingness to travel within the San Jose metro area.
