Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with commercial clients across the Houston metropolitan area during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to penetrate new markets within Texas' energy and industrial sectors
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records, track sales pipelines, and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts to ensure seamless client coverage and service continuity
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with C-level decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales or field sales with documented quota achievement
- Availability to work night shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM) with weekend flexibility as needed
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated work ethic with demonstrated ability to manage time independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
