Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business leads within the New York market.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and client activities using CRM software.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to refine techniques and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Outside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
