Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients through a mix of outbound prospecting and strategic networking.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Close complex deals and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding new accounts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine our value proposition.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
