Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Research and qualify potential clients to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately document all client interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
