Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
