Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Leverage various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking) to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Demo & Presentation: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and tailored presentations to demonstrate value and address client pain points.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, tracking the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly competitive with a hunger for success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and team events.
