Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies targeting enterprise clients in San Jose's tech sector
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM) to build lasting partnerships
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and solution-based selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for complex client requirements
- Represent company at industry networking events and trade shows
- Provide weekly performance reports and market insights to sales leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for high-value deals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
