Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through high-volume marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to engage prospective clients and identify their needs.
- Present products and services to prospective clients with a focus on closing sales.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, maintain accurate records, and forecast sales.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine sales scripts and strategies for maximum conversion.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to drive retention.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (experience in B2B sales is a plus).
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is preferred).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong 'hunter' mentality.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote/home office flexibility.
