Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight key value propositions.
- Manage and track sales activities within the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive market and handle rejection professionally.
