Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to generate new leads and expand our client base.
- Manage inbound leads through phone, email, and chat to convert inquiries into qualified appointments.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update prospect data, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Research potential markets and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
