We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Entry Level Inside Sales Representatives. While our corporate operations are based in Texas, we are actively hiring for talent in the Cleveland, OH and Texas regions.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with high-quality leads and helping businesses find the solutions they need. No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaign strategies.
- Retain and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people over the phone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new software and sales methodologies.
