Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs and purchasing intent.
- Present product demonstrations and service offerings to prospective clients using established sales scripts.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update lead status, and manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign messaging and strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the closing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Success (Night shift experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work a rotating Night Shift schedule (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
