Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales pipeline and update customer records accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Resolve customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
