Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads and campaigns
- Track sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce with weekly reporting
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand network and market presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales or field sales
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% within Texas region
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience with SaaS or technology solutions highly desirable
