Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM (Salesforce) to identify high-potential accounts
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic account plans
- Exceed quarterly KPIs: 50+ qualified meetings, $2M+ pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (50%+ quota attainment)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level executive experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
