Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across the technology sector
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized client proposals
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain technical expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Comfortable working night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
