Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn using data-driven outreach strategies
- Present tailored product solutions to B2B clients, demonstrating ROI and solving pain points
- Manage full sales pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining accurate activity logs and forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion rates through A/B testing
- Exceed monthly KPIs for calls, demos booked, and revenue generation
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly product deep-dives
- Document client interactions and feedback to refine sales scripts and processes
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or relevant experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Competitive mindset with proven goal-orientation
