Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and assist in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and executing visual merchandising directives to maximize product visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and store leadership to ensure seamless store operations during high-traffic weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks as needed.
